Product color
Although we have tried to display the product images as close to the actual colors as possible, there may be slight differences in color between the image and the actual product due to the influence of computer settings and lighting during photography.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Regarding cancellations: We cannot accept cancellations of ordered items after an order has been completed. When placing an order, please carefully check the product details in the product description on the product page.
Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except for cases of initial product defects.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or the delivered product is different from the ordered product, we will exchange the product. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days after receiving the product and we will explain how to proceed.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
If you do not request a return or exchange in advance
・If more than 4 days have passed since the product arrived
・If the product tag or accessories are damaged, soiled or missing
- If the product has been used, altered, processed, washed or cleaned
- If the condition of the product when it is returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the packaging, box, and accessories)
・If the product becomes dirty, scratched, or smells bad (from pets, cigarettes, perfume, cosmetics, etc.) while in the customer's possession.
-Other cases where the product is deemed to be in a condition that makes it impossible to resell.
Refund Policy
The refund method will differ depending on the payment method used at the time of payment.
If you paid by credit card, you will need to change the payment amount through your credit card company.
If the original charge has already been confirmed based on the closing date of your credit card at the time of the refund process, the charge will be debited once and then offset or refunded against the amount used in the following month.
The refund method and schedule will vary depending on the card company. If you have any questions, please contact your card company. If you paid by bank transfer, we will accept the refund via bank transfer. We will contact you with the bank details etc. once the refund has been confirmed.
About ordering
I can't purchase the item in my cart
The product will be secured when you proceed to the order completion screen. Please note that the product will not be secured when you add it to your cart. For products with low stock, there is a possibility that they may be sold out before you can complete your order.
I haven't received an order completion email
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that if you use a free email account (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.), the registration confirmation email may end up in your spam folder.
Payment Method
Payment methods include credit card payment, bank transfer, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay . We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX credit cards.
About pre-order items
Payment is due at the time of reservation. For pre-ordered items, the delivery date or specifications such as design and materials may change due to production circumstances.
We cannot accept cancellations of orders for the above reasons.
In addition, due to production cuts or discontinuations, we may be forced to cancel your order, so please be aware of this before placing your order.
Pre-order items cannot be added to your cart at the same time as other items as each item has a different shipping time.
In addition, you cannot specify a delivery date. After an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not.
Bundling with other orders after order confirmation
We will pack and ship each item by order number. Please note that if the items are ordered separately, they will be shipped separately.
Changes to your order
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept changes to your order (changes in payment method, size or color), additional orders, cancellations, returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, or packaging the order together with another order.
About Shipping
Ordered items will be shipped by Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.'s courier service or Eco-delivery.
You will receive a shipping completion email when your item is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Date
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area, but usually take 3 to 7 days after ordering. Orders received on weekends, national holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays, and other holidays will be shipped from the next business day.
Please note that shipments may be delayed due to a large number of orders or shipping schedules. Pre-order items take some time to ship. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.
Change shipping address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us using the inquiry form. We will check the order status and contact you. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address if the product is being prepared for shipment or is in transit.
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
It is your responsibility to receive any products that we send to you.
If for any reason you are unable to collect your package within the storage period and it has to be returned to us, we will charge you the shipping company's standard round-trip shipping fee plus packaging materials.
Please note that if any fees are incurred in connection with the payment, you will be responsible for paying them.
Damage during delivery
We take great care in packaging and shipping. If the box or contents are damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly.
Membership registration/various changes
To make your shopping experience more enjoyable, we also offer membership registration. There are no registration fees or membership fees.
